Im confused about kallens last name from code geass?

ok well i know she likes using her japanese last name but how is her britannian last name really spelled? i see that some ppl spell it stadfeld and then i see that others spell it stadtfeld.... wich is it?

Well here actual name is Kallen Kōzuki,but it is known as Kallen Stadtfeld,so Stadtfeld would be the correct spelling for her last name,at least it should be.
