Im confused with JMM talent?

I'm confused with the whole process of the audition for JMM Talent. I know that you go and audition. what are you auditioning for. what happens if they like you?

You go to general audition for the company. Most legit casting directors do this.   Iif  they feel they can work with you and you wont make them look like fools for having you audition for the powers to be. They will  then call you in for regular auditions when something comes across the desk that fits  your type
