I understand every pool is different Im just looking for a ballpark figure, maybe if someone has had one installed before? It would be an average size for an indoor residential pool.

  1. Check with your local building Dept. or

Chamber of Commerce for builders in your area.

Call them for a FREE estimate, conducted at your building site.

In some areas,  you would need a pool builder &

a contractor for the indoor structure.

A pool alone may cost anywhere from

$85.00 to $100.00 per sq. ft. of surface area.

  2. Ross,

Even with your statement of average cost and a ballpark figure being acceptable, there are just too many variables to consider.  If you and I lived in the same neighborhood, maybe I could give it a shot.  Otherwise it is just a number that is being tossed about without a basis for it.

I understand this is not what you wanted to hear, or read, however, it is an honest answer.

Here's some of the variables involved:

where you live,,, which country or if US which state

is you site going to be easily accessible

what type of pool materials,,, vynil or concrete or ceramic

    how big,,, also how deep

a lap pool with counter water flow

there are a host of other questions to be resolved as well before you can even seriously ballpark a cost.
