for those who have used it, is there risk of injury?

  1. Injurys are a part of the game. Better to do it in the off season than on the court.


  2. I've never read the book, so I wouldn't want to recommend it. But I just wanted you to know that people are reading your question. Hopefully, someone will have more information for you.

    You might want to look at more volleyball related community forums, for instance: volleyballforums.com, they have pretty dedicated group of trainers and coaches willing to give a review on a book like this. You might want to check some basketball or high jumping forums online.

  3. I play collegiate volleyball and I've used jumpsoles before and do many exercizes to increase vertical leap.  The key is to not overdue it in the beginning when you start your program and stretch like a feen!  Stretching alone increases your vertical, good luck
