hai all. im new and i need help please. for experts or athletes out there. just need your opinions. recently i started doing diamond pushups. i do 4 sets of 15 diamond pushups. with 60 seconds or maybe less rest between sets. possibly less than 60 seconds. and its kinda hard for me.4 sets of 15 diamond pushups with less than 60 seconds rest between sets. is it a program for beginners or advanced? because to be honest i dont think im so weak. what do u think?
