hello all. im here for answers, opinions and advises. hope u guys can help me solve my problems and curiosity. i just started working out at home. using calisthenics, bodyweight training,. i just need to know, if u guys are familiar with diamond pushups, not the regular pushups, diamond pushups. 6 sets of 20 diamond pushups, with less than 60 seconds rest between sets, is it for beginners or for advanced athletes? i need to know first before i end up hurting myself. 6 sets of 20 diamond pushups with 60 seconds or possibly less rest between sets. is it for beginners or advanced athletes? hope u can give your opinions. thanks.

  1. probably to much with all your other exercises you'll wake up to stiff and not be able to work out safely the next day with out running the risk of injury and putting your self out of training but it depends on your fitness levels like have you been doing over training for other sports if not then its to much break you self in don't wear your self out safe is better than sorry and you can all way step it up at a bit at a time find you limits and get fit before pushing any boundaries take it easy you can cause permanent damage if you go to far
