  1. just be curagous and go for it, don't put extra un-needed pressure on urself or u'll probably mess up, jut keep ur cool and imagine no ones watching, and just be confidient because usually confidence shines beauty. and u should probably eat some good nutritions fruits or vegtables like carrots, that will give u energy and not make u feel gross. just keep calm and good luck!

  2. Eat lots of carbs tonight and drink lots of water to store energy for tomorrow...my coach always made us do that if you cant eat as much the next day. Tomorrow, drink lots of water before but make sure to pee :) and eat something light so you wont feel that full and get sick

  3. Dancing in a parade is not like being up on stage.  Only a small group of people will be seeing you at any one time because the parade is constantly moving down the street.  They will not notice whether you are sweaty.  I'm sure of that.

If you do mess up and you probably will- everyone does- no big deal- no one will care because they're out there for a good time, not there to critique your "performance".  You're being  far too hard on yourself.  It's great that there will be people there that you know and who know you.  They will be your number one fans.

You are not going to pass out unless you work yourself up into a frenzy of worry.  Take deep breathes occasionally, always smile and look confident.  Wear plenty of sunscreen and hydrate yourself with fluids that are not high in sodium.  As far as what to eat is concerned I've read that something high in carbs like bananas, bagels, or fruit juices are good before an activity is a good idea.  But don't take these just before you start dancing.  2 miles is a long distance.  If it's at all possible to refresh yourself with some water along the way that would be a very good idea so you don't get dehydrated along the route.  Good luck and have fun.  Remember not everyone is watching just you so don't worry so much.

  4. Don't be nervous... you will be fine. I dance at dance competitions all  the time and there are boys. I have fell on stage before, and if they are rude blame the thing you were dancing on.

What to eat. Eat something you are used to eating... and wait a half an hour before the parade to eat. (Oh, and WARM UP LOTS!!!)

At the beginning of the Parade you might feel sick, but it is just nerves!!!

    I hope I could help

  5. ok this is coming from a person who TOTALLY SUCKS at dancing but keep your cool and make the best out of your dancing skills.Even though you may not be the best dancer start up conversation and make fun of yourself this shows everyone (and even guys) you are fun and easy going..do basic moves not crazy ones so your less sweaty and gross..also eat a salad and a big glass of water beforehand, it will make you feel good when your dancing

  6. drink a lot of water in the morning so you dont get dehydrated and eat a banana or something for potassium along with a few other HEALTHY things. and dont worry about the people there. if they care enough to watch you then they shouldnt care what you look like. just relax when youre out there

  7. dont make eye contact with any one so u wont recognize them and be confident

only have some water before if it is early in the day

  8. Definitely eat something, maybe something bland like bread and drink a lot of water tonight, to get your body hydrated good for tomorrow. Don't forget sunscreen if you burn easy. Good Luck you will do fine

  9. Think about all the mistakes you're most likely making.

  10. rehearse on what u are going to do,i play trumpet and always a practice before a concert,i guess u can eat a big sandwich or go to subway.drink a lot of water so u don't get dehydrated also don't make eye contact.
