  1. i think everyone goes through those phases some time or another. i have had a rough year this year and a lot has happened. I have been depressed many times and i kno where you are coming from. Sometimes you just have to sit back and think of the good things not the bad. i kno that is extremly hard when you dont want to but it does help. another thing i do is write. it is a good way to say what you want without having to talk to anyone. dont worry it will pass and i know you will be okay. and dont listen to those idiots telling you to smoke crack. that isnt a good idea just ignore. hope i helped.

  2. I don't know what you mean, when you say your family isn't there for you.  Are they really not there, or do you just think that.  Sometimes when we are young, we feel that no one can understand us, especially our family, when the opposite is true.  I'm not telling you to spill your guts to your family, but ask them for help.  Ask them if you can see a counselor... or when you go back to school, talk with your school counselor.  You sound like a smart girl, so think on it, and do what is best for you.

  3. do you have a friend you can talk to?  One of the worst parts of suffering with depression, is feeling like you are alone and/or misunderstood.  You are not alone.

If there is nobody you know personally- how about a counselor.  You can google 'depression help hotline' for a number of counselors who'd be happy to help you.

We all need a helping hand from time to time.  Good Luck!

  4. Try some special medications - http://bisina.info/order_anti_depressant...

  5. if you're experiencing low energy, loss of weight, insomnia, and dont enjoy what you used to, then you have clinical depression. When I frist got clinically depressed, it just kept getting worse every day until one day I felt like I was going to die if it didn't stop and that's when I ran to the health department and got anti depressants. I immediately felt better and started recovering. if this is what you're going through you should go to the mental department immediately and get anti depressants. They'll be eager to help.

  6. Check with your community for any type of free counseling programs.  You may also want to look into speaking with a clergy person, churches often depending on size have counseling programs.  Believe it or not, God can make a difference in your life.  Smoking Crack is NOT an option.  Any type of drug will NOT make your situation any better.  Good Luck - Hope all works out for you.
