Im doing a presentation on how does Mc Donalds focus on meeting the customers needs can you include examples?

I did a focus group for McDonald's.  What they basically ask is if there is anything that we would want to see on the menu, what is working and what isn't.  I did this group right around the time the salads came out.

They try to make the food fast because many people stop on lunch breaks. They make food convenient to eat on the road by making the packaging simple. Oh and what I really like is that they started including nutrition facts on the wrappers so that you know what you are eating. I also like that they try to introduce healthy options. Like the apple slices for kids meals instead of fries. Or the fruit and yougurt parfait, fruit and walnut salad, and the other salads. It is also still affordable in these hard economic times.
