Question:

Im doing a school related goal. I would like to gain 8 lbs of muscle in one month whats the best way?

For health class if we set a long term health related goal. and if we succeed are rewarded a extra 100 for a test grade. I know more than just the basics of bodybuilding and currently go to 24 hour fitness to work out keep in mind i cant use weight gainers only whey protein and creatine. whats your advice?

  1. Eat 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight and about 25% more calories each day.  Keep working out and you will gain muscle.


  2. Try a 5x5 lifting routine, and eat lots of protein.  Make sure you are almost hitting or are hitting failure by the last rep of your set.  Good luck!
