i need a sentence with the word cliche in it.

i barley undersatnd what the word means!

A cliche is a phrase that people use all the time.

So if you want to make a sentence out of it, think of a phrase (like..."they don't make 'em like they used to", for example) and then say it's a cliche.

like this:

"My dad likes to use the cliche 'they don't make 'em like they used to', and it's driving me crazy"

Cliche is basically an obvious remark.  An example would be:

Guy 1: (After mom asks how was school) Whatever.  

Mom:  That is so cliche.
