  1. Don't worry about next year. I've just finished TY and I was like you at the start. I thought I'd forget everything and that the 3rd Years going into 5th Year would be much quicker. Not the case.

Just focus on enjoying TY. It's great craic, and the more you put into it the more you'll get out of it. It's a year off from the homework and everything so remember that and ignore next year!

Just put some thought as you're trying out different subjects and doing work experience what you would like to do for subjects at Leaving Cert. If you've two blocks of work experience try to get one at a job you'd like to do and one that someone has recommended to you. I did art teacher for my first 2 weeks and the following 2 weeks I got a place in an advertising agency, which I'd never considered. Turned out to be the job I'd love when I'm older.

Otherwise, have a friggin' great TY!! It's a brilliant year. :)
