  1. Smoking is hazardous, to your muscles as well as your general health. With weight training it is more dangerous to your cardiovascular system.

In order to lose the gained fats, alternate your weight training with some aerobics. This combination of weight training and aerobics will give you the toned looking you are after, but with strong cardiovascular efficiency.

  2. smoking will inhibit muscle expansion, your don't actually grow muscle     but this will only be a problem if you are going for mr universe   try to eat small portions spread out over the day   you want to stay slightly hungry all the time   use protein mix for energy to workout  and drink lots of water   and do quit smoking again  it doesn't help   one thing to think about for the weight issue     most hunger pains are just the body craving water  the body doesn't have different signals for food verses water

  3. Slightly to be honost but you'll still achieve the goals you want nothing to worry about since ur not looking to be a bodybuilder. just try not to hit too many bougs/blunts (whatever ur hittin) too often and remember to eat healthy and get that protein.

    happy lifting

  4. ya smoking does duh!!

  5. it's all about the food you eat, in moderation. you could be eating like fried chicken for every meal daily for a week, and you muscles won't show if your workout doesn't burn off the amount of food you take.

and lose the cigerattes. not only does your health suffer, you also burn a huge hole in your wallet.
