i just want to start eat eating healthy start a new healthy diet healthy foods that will help my body. I decided to just eating healthy and no more junk food no more throwing up no more binging no more of this im ready to do this i have for a while now the new me how do i never go back to this any advice

  1. thats quite hard. but try to start out slowly, eat a bit and increase it every week becuase to make sure not to trow up! good suggestions:

    fruit(but not too much miight make your stomach too soft)

    veggies(does not matter how much, remember without dressing)

    meat(very important, but start out lightly becuz meat is very heavy)

    dairy(milk,yogurt,cheese etc, not too much can make stomach upset)
