Same thing happened to me. Tell him if he doesn't bugger off that you will have a chat with his wife. He is sure to leave you alone after that.

Break it off. If he continues then ignore him. If he still persists then threaten to tell his wife. If he doesn't care then get a real or pretend boyfriend so to maybe scare him off.
