If you are coming from the states, yes you will.

if you are an american rsident you need government issued photo ID and a birth certificate or proof of residency

flying you need a passport now

Passports for land travel to and from Canada will not be required until June 1, 2009. Right now, you need your birth certificate and photo I.D.
