You will have to use your insurance.

Until your boyfriend becomes a husband......you have no legal standing to be added to his health insurance plan.

No.  His insurance may or may not cover medical care for the baby after it is born (if it is his baby).  It also may or may not cover medical care for wives, which you would be if you married him.  Health insurance cards cannot be used for boyfriends or girlfriends.
