  1. Sounds like you are going to have a great time!!!

You are lucky to have family in Paris it is one of the most beautiful cities in the world!

Swimming pools, yes, there are several, it would depend which is closest to where your aunt lives. She will probably know that.

As to presents, you can buy chains anywhere, look for something typical, if you want a trinket, you can find silver charms of french monuments such as La Tour Eiffel, or the Arc de Triomphe, etc., or a small book on Paris itself. Then there are the miniatures in bronze of monuments which are nice. And also scarves with pix of different views of the city on them. You will find loads of souvenir shops and stalls in the city to choose things. (Don't buy at the first one you see, check some out before buying, your aunt can best advise you as she lives there). If you don't see any you like go to the Galleries Lafayette (the big department store).

And for your little sister, buy her something from Disneyland if Nan does take you there.

    Enjoy your visit!!

  2. This is broad question to answer because many things are for sale in France.  It is a big country.  Are you from England?  Do you use the Euro there?  Then the prices should be pretty similar to what you are already paying.  If you are from a county that does not use Euros then you will need to convert the euro to however much that is in the money you are used to.  Below is a link for yahoo finance that can help you do that.  http://finance.yahoo.com/currency;_ylt=A...

You are good sister to be concerned about leaving behind your younger sibling.  But you will be reunited with her soon enough.  She will be well cared for while you are gone.  She is probably not old enough to be able to understand everything that would be going on and it is hard to travel with a little girl like that.  Your time in France will go by soon enough and then you will be with your sister again.

In the mean time, take advantage of getting to go to France!  Lucky you!  It is a wonderful place with lots of things to do!  Yes there are swimming pools.  They also have great food, lots of fun museums, huge castles and cathedrals, lots of beautiful farms and forests and lots of pretty clothes.  Good luck and have a good time!
