Question:

Im fat, please help i really hate it ?

well i have 3 months to lose this weight, its like its every where, on my inner thighs, on my arms on my back, i have baby fat or whatever its called on my stomach & everytime i bend over its jsut a roll & i want it gone i want to get fit! i dont want to wear tops & shorts everytime i go to the beach & in the water so please help me.

i need all different types of excercises, back, inner thigh, arm everything i am already walking about 10k but its liek im not doing enough. i dont have much equipment all i have is a bicycle thingy, i dont have dum bells or an elastic band

i have my diet figured out already so thats good.

  1. Excercise and healthy Food.

    I think thats the best thing possible.

    And you should be proud of who you are (;

    have confidence on your looks.


  2. okay so all you have to do is eat healthy

    -fish

    -salads (maybe get that 1 calorie per squirt salad dressing)

    -make a hamburger WITHOUT the bun

    -boiled eggs

    -yogurt

    -oatmeal

    -any kinds of nuts

    -some cereals (for ex: specail k things like that)

    and deffinatly tons of water!

    to also help you loose it fast go to the gym a few days a week. OR if you dont wanna do stuff at the gym, if you just go swimming it a pool a few days a week it really makes the difference! swimming is one of the main ways people loose weight..its not hard to do and it can be fun just to make a day of it you and a few of your friends hanging out by the pool!

  3. what you should be working on is building muscle. the more lean muscle mass you have, the more energy it takes to fuel it (so you will be burning more calories).

    Cardio is really good. i love it. however, during exercice, your body first uses glycogen...after 20 or so minutes of this, your body goes into depletion and starts to eat up muscle tissue, and as i said before, you need that muscle to burn more calories, therefore making you slimmer.

    i would suggest doing cardio 3X per week. and do about 20-30 minutes of it.

    weights are extremely important. as well as diet (youve got that covered so thats a start)...concentrate on getting some weights...or if you can join a gym. there are a many exercises you could do that dont include weights..squats,lunges,pushups..even going to the park and using the monkey bars as pull ups are alternative methods.
