  1. try sit ups ( there is a tae bo video dedicated to abs ) obviously you would skip the first bit where they are up and kicking but thats just warm ups the rest is on the ground situps that will help with a belly issue(and i too am overweight and when i started i half-way was able to do the exercises and i thought that this isnt going to work i cant do it right ..WRONG i was sore the next day ( sign that its working)  NOW im not saying you have to get the tae bo video obviously but sit ups and sit up family .. will help

  2. If you're only missing one leg then you should have a fake one. You're lying about either not being able to walk or having only one leg.

  3. I did the You Are WHat You Eat 11 week plan and lost 70 lbs. The exercise plan is also included. I could send it to you if you email me your real email address cause you cant send attachments on this.  Also you may be lacking minerals like I was and you can look on the website below to find all the symptoms that you may not even be aware are symptoms. Its incredible once you learn how to control your body that it will start performing for you much better.

  4. Try talking to your doctor about your concern. She may send you to a certain doctor to help with eating habits and suggest how to exercise best with your disability.

  5. i feel for you and am sorry about your situation.  i think the best person to ask is a dr.  is gastic bypass an option?  insurance does pay if medically  necessary.  good luck.

  6. Weight loss happens from a combination of eating healthier and exercising properly. Talk to a nutritionist and your doctor about your diet and what exercises would be good for you to do. Don't try to lose more than 1-2 pounds a week.
