Im fat and disgusting. How can I lose weight fast? ?

  1. the best way to lose weight in your situation is to do it slowly. if you do it fast it is very unhealthy for your body. some ways you can start is by cutting down on fatty foods and eating plenty complex  carbohydrates such as wholemeal bread, not white bread some good foods that contain these are pasta, high fibre cereals, oatcakes, potatoes. with meats stick to red meats like steak and if you are going to have chicken have it without the skin. with junk food like chocolate and stuff like that you dont have to cut it out completely from your diet the key is modereation have  a little bit and before your go and reach for that chocolate biscut say to yourslef am i really hungry? if you are back away from the pantry and walk towards the fruit bowl grab a piece of fruit and have that as a snack instead.  but be carefull all fruits are good for you but soem are high in sugar such as banana's. go for a citrus fruit like an orange or a mandarin even apples are a good source of vitamins and antioxidants.

  3. First off, you must improve your self-image if you want to get anywhere. Next, be realistic. People do not lose weight fast. It's a bunch of c**p if someone tells you otherwise. You are only a little over weight so I expect that if you follow a good diet then you could be at the ideal weight in 3 months. I suggest Weight Watchers. It has worked for me in the past. Don't try fad diets- they don't work, trust me. hope this helps!
