Im fed up with these boyss what do i do?

OK, so you may need to read my other question to see what they did to my daughter Riley: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AsWbZpbWw6on7M9Qp4aeFxjty6IX;_ylv=3?qid=20080420152755AALI5Kh and then todaythe school had a fundraiser thing where the family go and they have fun jumps and activities for the little ones. well all of the boys(around 13) brought water balloons and were having a "war". now i am fine with that, they are just having fun. but they actually had the nerve to hit me with one! more than once! i mean i was soaking wet and very angry.and this was after one of them(this one is nice and not a punk like the others, also my sisters boyfriend) jokingly threatend me with one, and i was just like "you better not" and hes like"ik i was just joking i wasnt going to" but then about 15 mins later i was just minding my one business holding my one year old watching my triplets on the fun jump and about 10 of them just come and bombard us with water balloons.

Apparently the school and parents are letting them get by with more than they should. Kids unfortunately are taught it's okay to be mean. I had to withdraw my kids because the school though it was okay for some kids to get bullied. Kids should not be treated bad by other kids and parents should be given some respect from the kids. I hope you can get this issue resolved.

if this was a school thing then the principal should be your first stop. Those boys need to be punished and made write a note of apology

I would consider asking for a mediation meeting with the principal and the boys parents.  If they are not open to it I would consider pressing assault and battery charges.  It sounds a little extreme but they need to be accountable for their actions.

if it was on school grounds and at a school event (or even an event not at the school) you need to go to the principal, especially after what they did to your daughter. Also, go down to the police station and file a report. These kids are out of control and perhaps the fear of the law will smack some sense into them.

If the principal refuses to do anything, go to the school board and bring it up with them. Don't stop there, though. Write an ed/op for the local paper and bring it to the public attention as well. If the principal doesn't do anything about these boys, I bet he's not doing something about a lot of unruly behavior and other parents are willing to speak out.

you should tell the principal. even though it wasn't during school hours, it was still on school grounds, so the principal would punish them for this. you should also alert their parents, just in case the school doesn't do anything. I'm very sorry about what happened to you and your children. I don't understand how these kids can be so cruel.
