This sounds oddly like my situation at the moment.

I won't go into detail, but I will give you the only logical answer we could come up with.

The solution is birth control.  Major duh, I know.

Condoms please!  

Even if she can convince her mom to put her on birth control, you still need one.  

It sounds paranoid, but having both as a security blanket is better than just going with the condom and hoping nothing funky happens(e.g. it breaks, there's a pinprick sized  hole in it, one of you is terribly allergic to latex[that's our problem], etc. etc.)

you both need to go through this check list:

1. are you doing this to prove some thing to some one or for you?

you should only have s*x because you want to and not because you want to prove your love or be with the "in" crowd

2. you know all the pros, cons, the good, the , bad, the ugly and everything in between about s*x and you except that they could happen to you? if you say yes they you ready on this part.

3. are you 100% ready emotionally, physically, and mentally? do you know that it will hurt worse if you and the person break up after you had s*x then if you never did? if you say yes then you ready on this part

4. do you know all the methods to protect yourself? and know there is no excuse from not using protection ( their are condom for any size p***s) and you know which one you plane to use.

5 do you know you can have love with out s*x and have s*x without love

6. people respect you more it you wait.

that is why they make condoms and birth control to prevent getting pregnant but remember it is only 99.9% helpful the other .01% can always be pregnant the condom can always bust or the pill may not work

Make sure she is on some sort of birthcontrol and make sure you use condoms. Be safe.
