  1. If you have a history of motion sickness you might not want to go on one. If you decide to try it anyway take a dramamine before you go. If it's just nerves, there's really nothing to be worried about, roller coasters are a lot of fun, and I would suggest facing your fears. However, if you really don't want to do it, you don't have to. Don't go through with it for anyone but yourself, and don't worry about chickening out. Some people just don't like roller coasters and there's nothing wrong with that. Good luck, and whatever you decide just make sure you have fun.

  2. The first "up-side-down" roller coaster I ever rode was really scary.  Right before I got on, I felt like I was about to pass out.  But, I got on anyway because I had spent about 30 minutes standing in line.  I spent the whole ride with my mouth clamped shut and my eyes closed.  Afterwords, I felt so exhilarated; I couldn't wait to ride it again!  So, the first time is the worst - if you live through that, you'll be fine.  If you feel like you're going to throw-up, just take deep breaths and "find a happy place."   If you think you should, bring a paper bag.  I really think that you will have fun after the first few rides.  Good luck!   :D

By the way, I now love roller coasters!  The more hills and curly Q's  they have, the better!  :)

  3. well, work your way up. go on the tiniest coaster, then go on the biggest and baddest( with others between) good luck.

  4. I think you just need to relax and try it.  It is really fun.  Don't tense up when you are on it.  Just let the ride take you and relax your body.  You will be fine.

  5. Ride it and find out!

  6. All of the fear is only BEFORE you go on it.  You may even feel a little sick looking at it or waiting in line.  But once your on it, it's all worth it!
