Im freaking out about my grades

Question

i got a C. im about to start 9th grade in august heres the layout for what most on level students should be taking.

9th grade - algerbra( i did it in the 8th grade)

10-geometry(curently doing it in summer school

11-algebra2-(i will be taking in 9th grade)

12-pre calc(i will be taking in 10th grade)

im usually an honoroll,straight a student, and i just got my first C as a grade since 7th grade. can i go to harvard with that, or be a lawyer. how do i feel better about this, im like freaking out about my future. im spazzing out. can i still be succsessful???????

calm down...theres no college out there that actually looks at your middle school grades or classes. the only thing middle school does is prepare you for high school. It'll be okay!

first c on a test or a final grade? If it's final grade, then it will bring down your gpa, but you will probably be alright. If it's on a test, then you will definetly be fine as long as it doesn't happen again.

having a bad grade in the 7th grade is nothing. colleges only look at grades 9-12 grades.. some even don't look at your freshmen grades.

so don't sweat it. you can still be a lawyer if that's what you're striving for. good luck and work hard!

Of course you can you just need to make sure that you do not continue to get those grades going forward. I am sure you will work like crazy to maintain your grades... if you have difficulty never be afraid to ask for help!!!

Keep studying and keep your head up people have done far worse and accomplished great things!!

Don't spaz. You won't go to Harvard anyway if you managed to get a C in middle school, probably just due to your caliber. Colleges only look at grades 9-12, good ones only care about 10-12. But yeah, not like it'll matter for you.
