Im frequently peeing?

ive been going to the bathroom a lot latley as much as 4 times an hour its annoying as h**l i cant sleep,it also seems to get worse when i lay down i tried to stop drinking things yesterday i had 2 drinks all day and im still going theres no pain at all ne ideas on whats going on id appreciate ne help at all
