Im from Ireland and i would like to know where i would get blue paint to dress up as a smurf?

Try Fancy dress or arts and craft shops, I'm not from Ireland but I'm sure you must have some

Arts and craft would have body paint (Face Paints etc)

i'm from kildare and i did facepainting today for poeple in need. snazaroo paints are brill get them in your local Art and Hobby shop priced 4 99 for a tub. they have the exact shade u want and a little goes a long way. apply with a wet sponge i found dab it on works better than wiping it on. have fun

If your in a budget you can try using ordinary latex paint which are available in any paint shops.  These are water base so quite harmless.  My students use this for their theater performances.

If you look on the net for a shop that sells SNAZAROO face paint that should do.  Try dress hire shops or Dance shops.
