  1. Minus knowing the salary and position offered to you i think you need not worry about the basic stuff such as food and especially accommodation, which is one of the key issues in UAE now. If you have worked in hospitality areas before in Malaysia, the nett income they’re offering you shan’t be lower than whats been offered in Malaysia.

Saving money will depends on how your lifestyle is. I’m Malaysian too, going over to Abu Dhabi in mid July. All the best to you! :)

  2. If the position is Front Office Assistant Manager then for the Palm the salary should be around AED 7000+accomodation+transportation+meals on duty. If it's more, it's even better but I think it should be around that figure. You may want to call the hotel and just ask for the salary scale for your position. Or call the hotel at night time and ask the night manager/supervisor how much AFOM makes at their property, just don't disclose your identity. Just get the rough figure. If you make 7000 dirhams/month, you should be able to save good money. Even if they offer 5 or 6 thousand dirhams, take the offer because the Palm will look good on your CV and it's a nice place to work at. Once you enter Dubai job market, you'll be able to move up because there're lots of opportunities. Good Luck.

  3. depends what job ur doing in the hotel it depends whether ur for example waitress or reception or what.  did they not tell u the salary? if i can help email me, i used to live there but left a few years a go
