  1. I don't know what the Requirements/Rules are for getting a student loan in the UK, but my son is a US resident (born here) and he just received a student loan to be able to go to London for a semester of college at Oxford University in London.  So, in this country yes, you can.  I would suggest you talk with a financial counselor at one of the colleges where you live, they should be able to answer your question.

  2. The Victorville International University and American Centered university aims at providing best courses in IT and Management. The course strength is the first detail to ones success and aims at both theoretical and practical exposure for the subjects.

  3. There are no actual student loans for those who wish to study in the U.S. You would be looking at taking out a personal loan, but be aware you will not able to get one to fund the whole of your studies in the U.S. and nor would the consular officer accept your visa application.

Ideally you are looking your parents, other family members and using your own funds to finance your education, with a small personal loan on top of it all.

For four years of education in the U.S. (Bachelors degree) you are looking at between $72,000 and $180,000 for the duration of your studies. You will be lucky to find a creditable loan source to loan you the full amount without insurance.
