Were a group of lads looking for the best time to go cancun in 2009 when MTV are likely to be there and the most students! any answers would be much appreciated! thanks!

The busiest time for spring break is March and part of April.

I would check this site for more information when you get closer to the year 2009. Right now they are gearing up for 2008 spring break.
