I'm not from Wales, but I do know that the Ospreys is a regional Welsh side playing in the Heineken European Cup, as well as an Anglo-Welsh League and the Magners League (teams from Wales, Ireland and Scotland). You'd first have to play in the Principality League club competition, however, either for Neath Rugby Club (Wales' own All Blacks!) or Swansea Rugby Club. If you're good enough you will get selected for the Ospreys regional side and if you're good enough there you could force your way into the national side.


  2. Just turn up Monday Morning!

    Training starts at 10, all are welcome.
