Im gaining back the weight i lost! help!?

so i lost about 30 pounds in a year with diet and exercise and lately i have been eating uncontrollably and not exercising and ive gained 5 pounds in 2 weeks which is not healthy. how do i get back on track? how do i control these urges of eating junk food. i need some motivation. i do not want to be overweight again. thanks!

  1. moderation.

    the more you deny junk food the more you will crave it. diet every day except sunday and on sunday allow yourself a treat. that way you  have something to look forward to.

    also try to get into the habit of a exersize routine thats easy to do so you dont neglect it.


  2. Everytime before you eat, ask yourself, Is this what i want?  Do i really want to go back to the way things used to be?  And when (if) you say No, then tell yourself, It's all worth it.  And you have to believe it.

  3. You obviously made the mistake of going on a diet without makeing some serious lifestyle changes. Heres whats going to happen: Your going to keep eating and get fat again. You need to make a choice. Do you want to be skiny or do you want to be fat? I'll go ahead and make your answer for you.

    To be skinny you canno't be eating uncontralablly at wierd times of the day. You need to know what you are doing and excercise. First of all you need ot drink only water. If you can't handle that then you are meant to be fat. I'm sorry for being critical but being skinny is so easy that its ridiculas.

    You need to be excerising your body was meant to be out hunting and moving but in todays society all you do is sit around. Walk a few miles or even better jumprope. Jump rope can burn up to 1000 calories an hour!! and can be done almost anywhere and is very portable and guess what? It cost about 3$.

    How much should you eat? well its simple. For your body to function you need to eat 12-15 calories per pound you weigh. after that you need to eat even more to match your excerise. So if your jump roping and burning 1000 calories you need to eat 950 or so calories.(you wanna keep a somewhat negative deficite with your calories burned/taked in in order for oyu to lose weight) after a 3500 calorie deficite (days of adding up) you will lose one pound. Its very important to take things slow. This will be one pound of fat nothing else. If you lose to much weight in a show period of time youw ill end up with lose skin and thats way more unattractive then being fat.

    To control your hunger problem is simple. EAT! You need to be eating 8 small meals a day. EVERY two-3 hours from the time you wake up till you go to bed. Your diet should be 40% protien 40% carbs and20% fat. Do not load up on carbs. Eat fruits and veggies. Limit your meat intake and completely elminate all sweets.

    Need junk food? Go buy a bag of broccoli and eat it raw. Thats the BEST thing you can be snacking on. But in all reality. to lose weight you have to burn more then you take in. Good luck to ya.
