  1. What exactly do you need to know?  Tank size?  Lighting?  blah blah?

You're gonna need at least a 55 Gallon tank (the bigger the better) when the beardie is full grown.

You need both UVA AND UVB lighting.  Diurnal reptiles like beardies need UVB rays to metabolize the calcium that they get from their food.

You'll need some kind of thing to put on the bottom of the tank.  For a baby like this one, I'd suggest just plain old paper towel, or repti-carpet (for now) because it's easy for babies to accidentally swallow sand and other sand-like substrates, which can and often does lead to impaction and death.

Besides these things for setting up the tank, you'll also need:

Some stuff (logs, rocks, etc. just make sure they're parasite free, even if it means boiling them for 20 minutes!) for it to bask under the lights on.

A spray-bottle to mist it with (helps with molting, which he'll hopefully be doing a lot of while he's growing and being healthy!).

A large water dish and a food dish for mixed greens, which you should offer daily as well as the crickets, etc. that will be it's main food source while it's a baby.

A screen lid, although not necessary, will keep the crickets (and the beardie, if he's especially jumpy) in and other bad things out.

Keep this in mind:  You MUST have both UVA and UVB light, both set up on the same side of the tank, and...

Stay away (far away) from reptile bedding like Calci-sand, Crushed walnut shells, and sand in general until the beardie is AT LEAST one year old, and even then it's not a good idea.

Another excellent investment would be a book about the care of bearded dragons, for quick reference.

Oh, and when he gets bigger, make sure to treat him to some butterworms and a silkworm or two once in a while :)

They are by far the BEST worms you can feed your beardie.

Hope this helps, let me know if you need anything else!
