Im getting a hermit and i need to know all i can....... HELP pease

i'm going to get a hermit crab this Friday and its Monday today. and i need help for names and stuff like that. i think im going to name him Hermie do you think thats a good name for him if not please tell me a name that would go for a hermit.... and what do they eat? i so need help right now. please tell me ever thing you know about hermit crabs.. please and thank you

ok, you need a cage small rocks or sand food which can be bought at a pet store a little water dish for them to bathe another water dish for water a sponge and a water dish a hut toys and obstacles

well there very low maintnece . they like to climb you dont really need something for them to bathe in they  you dont want to make there food and water dishes to big so i suggest using bottle caps and you only need a really small peice of sponge  you can buy food at the pet store just dont buy pelletsyou probably want to get a small one hold him before you buy  him so you no he doesnt pinch

they like huts i think hermie is a fine name  a have three ones name is patrick because a got him the day before siant patricks day ones name is lovley my litlle sister named her and ones name is shrek my 4 year old brother named it
