Im getting a knew mobile but cant choose between moto u9 and moto PEBEL, which do i get?

ive been given 120 pounds to buy a knew mobile phone, i was going to get and iphone but i searched around and found out that they are VERY expensive. know ive chosen 2 phones, the motorola u9 and the motorola PEBEL. the motorola u9 is more expensive but is better. also if anyone would know a place were they do good phones for cheap it would be helpful. im looking for a pay as you go phone
