In general, postal service in HK is quick & efficient.  Depends on the destination, a package should only take 10 days.

It depends who's sending it, how much they're paying for shipping. Shipping from there to here is expensive, so if you're ordering it online it should take a few weeks. However, if it's a personal package and the person likes you, it should take a little longer than a week.
