Im getting a tattoo in fl im 17 and have a ga. lisence would that still work as a good ID?

  1. Yes, out of state residents are allowed to get tattoos in Florida, and the minimum age under the law is 16. So, if your driver's license shows that you are 17, you are all set legally.

    Of course, the individual tattoo artist can have a policy against accepting your ID or your age.  Some shops don't feel familiar enough with out of state driver's licenses to know whether they are looking at a real or fake ID.  But that's a private matter.  The law says its okay.
