Question

do braces hurt?

at first im getting removeable ones then after a while im getting fixed ones,both at the top but do they hurt really bad?and what colors are most of them

noo, its nothing you cant stand. it just sucks when you cant eat pizza or chicken or anything after you get them tightened.

If you tighten them too much it can really hurt your bollocks.  They are available in a range of colours and all look silly.  Try a belt instead.  :-)

Only when you get them tightened. It's like a pushing feeling, and makes it really hard to eat for a few days. After that you're fine, it's just the tightening that sucks ***.

And while the dentist is actually putting the braces on, it doesn't hurt straight away just feels funny.

braces is good for you to have a nice teeth...

it's just at first time but sooner you'll be happy:)..

there are color green,blue,orange,yellow,white,purple,pi... and red..

From a person who's had braces for 6 years, AND STILL HAS THEM.

I would just say they hurt for the first few days to up to a week.

I've learned my lesson though, never eat anything hard when you first get them adjusted, like even hamburgurs... because it takes too long for them to heal, which made the pain go away for 2 weeks. And usually the colours are up to you but they are silver.

Braces can hurt the first time you get them, But thats just your teeth getting used to the braces. Yes braces come in many different colors depending on your dentist :]

They don't hurt but they are really annoying sometimes. When you get them you can't eat lollies or anything sticky. But it doesn't hurt.

No they don't hurt one bit. It takes a while to get used to the feeling for a week. They don't hurt until the last few months o getting them tightened. Its alot of pain, so purchase some orajel when the time comes! Especially when you have has them on for 2 1/2 years (I'm getting mine off next month!)
