  1. For me, i have a 6 month supply for $80.00. which is pretty cheap. so not that expensive. they are probably the quickest thing in the morning when im getting ready, for you a new comer to contacts, it will take around 3 minutes for each eye, or if your really good, maybe 3 for both eyes. Im 13 as well, i got them probably 4 months ago, and i can do the contacts thing in like 2 minutes now. they don't hurt, and if your afraid to poke your eye, i recommend not getting them. and also a pair of glasses, because the eye doctor makes you take off the contacts, the first day you wear them for 3 hours, the next day, 4, the next day 5, and then he/she should let you wear them for the whole day. With the monthlys, dailys, and yearlys, they have a lot of choices. you may wear them for 1 week, 2 weeks, daily, monthly, yearly. and they have colored ones too. but i recommend going natural color (its less expensive) and using 2 weeks, just easiest for me. **But you must write it down on a calender, or if you forget to change them you could get a really bad eye infection**, but you'll learn this when you go. hope i helped (=

  2. Hi im Hannah i am 13 too. I got contacts last year. If you feel uncomfortable touching your eye then I would not reccomend getting them.  They are very comfortable and 10 times better than glasses. I know they arent like very very cheap but they are not bad i know my contacts for a packagge of four is 50$

  3. contacts generally aren't cheap. they are easy to manage if you do it right though.

  4. contacts are pretty costly, mine are about $100 for a year's worth...i have the biweekly ones. the daily ones are good if you aren't that organized but they tens to cost a lot more. Contacts take a while to get used to...it'll take a while to get into a routine, at first it might take you like fifteen minutes to get them in and out but after like a month, then you can do it in seconds...and always be sure to check if your contacts are inside out...it hurts

  5. $10 a pair of brand O2 optics. I think it's the best brand because it helps your eyes "breath". It lasts longer than the brand "Freshlook", which hurts your eyes. If you are a beginner, go with O2 optics because they never broke with me. The freshlook brand broke while it was in my eye once, so hard to get out (and it hurts!). It like, got lost in my eye! Made it water for the rest of the day until I got home! eewww... creepy feeling.

You'll be spending about $30 a month, more or less depending on how good you take care of them. (These numbers are without insurance)
