Im getting dark brown spots on my stomach and there spreading!?

I have been getting these spots on my stomach, first it started off really small now its covered half my stomach and im getting them on my biceps too. I also get white spots on my body after being in the sun. I really need help, i dont know wat to do no more, its very depressing, HELP!! What is this??? Do you have em??
