what kind of eating schedual should i be on?

Red pepper or something like that helps right?

  1. eat protein, fruit vegetables

    protein shakes

    pushups and situps are quick  i had a fight club and what i did to help swing faster was get dumbells or wrist and ankle weights and swing with them on and take em off and u swing way faster put em on your ankles for footwork
