Im getting married and I need some advice!!!?

Question

I am getting married on October 3, 2009 and I was wondering if anyone could throw some colors at me. I am so confused!! My favorite color is pink but the boy says no:) I also like Burgunty, spell? So what will go with that? Any ideas?? Also any ideas with anything else? or just share your personal experience.......Thanks

Ivory's and Burgundy's are beautiful together.  That's the colours I choose for my wedding.  My maid of Honor wore a gorgeous burgundy dress (she picked herself) and her flowers were all Ivory colours with flashes of burgundy and then tied with burgundy silk ribbon.  My husbands Best Man was in a black tux, with a ivory shirt, burgundy tie and burgundy cumberbun... it was really a very stunning combination.  My dress was Ivory and my bouquet was burgundy and ivory flowers... very nice !!!

Burgundy is a pretty color. It can be considered a "fall" color & you're getting married in October so that will work well. My sister is getting married this November & she is using fall colors. She wanted us to wear dark purple dresses, but the dress we picked didn't come in that color so we got black. And then all the accents (flowers, linens, etc.) will be fall colors: purples, dark reds (like burgundy), burnt oranges, pretty browns, etc. Gold looks good with these colors, but silver would work too. We made save the date cards that we put on dark purple paper & tied on gold ribbon.

i liked our colors, they were silver, gray and pink.  and my wife even wanted to add black.  i think that burgundy would go well with white and caramel shades.

Any colors is best. Your first choice is the best. And that's why you're marrying now and sure he's the best.
