southport is on the coast there is miles & miles of beach

Not really, but we had a friend get married on South Stradbroke Island- they hired out a function roo at Couran Cove and stayed there for their honeymoon- everyone else just took the ferry back that night. Look in to it on the net if you are interested.

Well i know a great little suburb/beach about 50 minutes north of southport. Its called Shorncliffe. Anymore information contact me.

Hi if you like the surf beach maybe you can try Main Beach at Narrow Neck or for the Nerang River view try the beach left of the Sundale Bridge. Some people have their photo sessions in the park that runs along the eastern side of Sea World Drive, after the round a bout lots of green grass and a few trees. All these locations are close to Southport Central.

Try   maps.google.com.au    then go to Southport to get an idea where it is.
