  1. I think your illegality might be a factor when the time comes to get a marriage license (proof of citizenship, birth certificate). Better ask a immigration lawyer to be sure.

  2. If you marry a US citizen, you automatically eligible for citizenship.

  3. u will need to go back to mexico and get an immigrant visa to come here in the united states.

  4. Once you get married you can stay here.

  5. In my opinion, I think you should just go back to Mexico.

If you want to be an American citizen please do it the legal way. Then you'll be more than welcome to move to my country and pay your taxes, and pay for your health care like every other American citizen.

  6. i would talk to an immigration attorney to be sure

  7. no you dont. im sure with permission from your parents it would be okay. it takes about less than  years. you just have to prove that you and your boyfriend really are together not like other people who have tried to be "married" but are really just paying someone

  8. You may be in luck being a minor and may be able to avoid the ten year ban if you voluntarily go to Mexico before applying. You would probably do best to get a lawyer though as your case will be a more complicated one.

Here's information from the US consulate in Mexico that handles the K3/spouse visas..

If you start the paperwork without returning to Mexico, that will trigger removal procedures for you and your parents. Once removal procedures start, you are banned from reentry..

As far as how long it would take for the paperwork, that depends on how fast you send the paperwork in and how many other people are filing at the same time. I'd estimate about a year..

  9. you can't get married here as a minor.  learn the laws.

  10. You need to go back to Mexico and get in line so those who have been waiting to enter legally can get their shot. No harm intended, but that would show true patriotism towards this country.

  11. are you marrying him for the papers or do you love him. if its for the papers i say move back to mexico. if its cause you love him and want to be with him then you will have a long hard road ahead of you with your immigration and it better be worth his fight to help you obtain your green card. you are looking at 2 to 5 year process for your information and possibly longer take a look at the immigration web site it has all the questions you could think to ask here and get the truth instead of listening to us

but in your case i do recommend you get an attorney to help you cause you are not legally here. I am speaking above for those who come here legally with spouses and they sat in foreign country waiting for their names to come up with a visa for their husband or wife. I sat in my husbands country for over two years until the embassy called him for him to take a visa. this is the reason we have such bad feeling for those who come here and stay without the proper paper work to stay legally. not to mention the fees and time we had to spend going to the embassy and having interviews in order to be able to come here legally. I do not care for your 10 points but i do care for the constitution of the united states of america. wish you did too but since you have entered my country without the proper papers you show me nothing but disrespect for our culture and our life style other than for the security of economics. maybe your boyfriend should rethink his options to find a woman who actually loves him and not his nationality

  12. It all depends.

Immigration will most likely be okay with the fact that you're illegal under the condition that you entered the US legally (with a valid visa), although you may have to pay a fine as a penalty for the amount of time that you've been here illegally.

Immigrant paperwork for after marriage can be found at www.uscis.gov (and click on "immigration forms")

Since you're currently illegal in this country, going back to Mexico may prevent you from leaving Mexico again- so don't do that...

With this issue and with the fact that you're a minor, you should contact an immigration attorney (most provide free consultations) or grab a phone book and look up your local immigration office with those tricky questions.

    good luck!

  13. you better not be asking this just to be funny >=(
