Im getting my hair cut and i would like some help?

I'm a 14 year old girl but I'm a little boy-ish so i dont want some girly cut like they gave me last time(ew). i want something that wont take me to much time to make it look good(i hate being in front of the mirror for a long time trying to make my hair look good when i could be out with friend). i want something new and fun but i dont want it short soooooooo if you could find some pics and give me some ideas on what i should tell the person who is gonna cut my hair, it would be ALOT of help.

What about a short messy cut. Less than 10minutes to dry and throw some product in your hair after you wash. Try this picture for an example
