First of all get really light blonde highlights and lowlights

And then some caramel http://images.43things.com/entry/290360p... or stawberry blonde http://www.wigsite.com/wigs/sp_rebecca.j... streaks. There you have a s**y sunkissed look like you've been out in the sun and the streaks give a GORGEOUS effect that reflects sunbeams.

Want a more dramatic look?

Grab some sunlite spray and lighten your hair to a traditional blonde colour for a couple of weeks and then get some dark brown highlights like this http://i9.photobucket.com/albums/a96/ins...

We really need to see a picture - it's too general to say without knowing what you look like. There's no way to tell what would suit your skin tone etc.....
