  1. Well some people have a natural ability to move and find jobs and B.S. to get things.. I just worked through the military and college and i have a great job but it took me years after backsliding to get where i am at now.. Good Luck!!

  2. stay put for now and save all the $$$ you can til you are 18 and old enough to legally leave.

Then you can get a place to live and a job. Theres a hole big world out there.  But dont worry you will have plenty of time to see it. Just do it the right way. That way you wont have to "crawl" back home when you have no money and no place to live

  3. Yeah that's pretty typical.  The answers is called college.  Work hard now, and then go to a college in the city of your choice.  It's a rare opportunity that you can just pick and move there.

  4. Don't worry, start a job now make some money and once your 18 buy a hotel, start work, get a girlfriend and done. :)

  5. ur probly wind up in home b/c u have no money and no shelter

    jus opinion

  6. yeah i have felt trapped. no excitement, nothing to look forward to, just c**p all day. i say call a cab to take you to the nearest train station when ur parents arent home. i did that to escape to my brothers house.

  7. Felt Trapped? Sure. Wanted to leave home at 15- Definitely. Is it a good Idea? Nope. Look; the "City" -ANY City- is NO PLACE for the "Dreams" of a 15 year old... Hang on WHERE YOU ARE- for another 3 Years; finish school; get alittle more Life Experience under your belt- & THEN take a crack at it. I promise you; even THEN- you're going to find out that the "Real World of the Big City..."- is NO picnic...  :0

  8. If  you could finish your school early by completing all your required  courses a head of time (taking courses during the summer) and get your high school diploma, you at least will have a start. There are enought dropouts in menial jobs. Not that you will get a high paying job automatically but on the job application having a high school diploma means: "this person followed the rules, they graduated, they are not a quitter." Once you have that in hand and done the very best you can, you could earn a scholarship. Then you could go on to college and earn a degree somewhere else. You need to not focus your mind on the circumstances as they will not be like that forever. Your goal is completion of your education.  With furthering your education you can go places. Without it you might eventually be one of the teen runaways who are pimping themselves, homeless on drugs or on the milk cartons as "Have you seen?" The way it is today and the crazy people out there don't become a statistic. Have a plan written down. Paste it on your wall. Start applying to colleges now. Stop wasting your time on the computer complaining but find out about Pell Grants, Scholarships, grants and loans. Get a path way set and start following your map to your dreams and accomplish them!

  9. I agree with the college thing. Yeah. I have felt trapped. Oh too many times, but when you think about it, even if you get away, you'll just be stuck again, because you won't have any money or food. Be thankful that you at least have a place to stay for now.

  10. get an education.. go to college after high school, work, earn and then you can go places.. but a t 15, you still need your family to support you. make the most out of it, but don't ever forget to be kind to them as they are to you now...

  11. i understand u, i felt like that before, im actually now, i dont blame u for trying to leave, if you see an opportunity go for it bro

  12. By the way, since you aren't 18, if you do run away and get caught by the police, they will take you right back home. Unless you can prove that they are abusive and not just lazy. If you are so set on leaving home, apply to be emancipated. Even then, you will have to go before a judge and tell him why and how you will solely support yourself. To tell you the truth, stay as long as you can. You'll change your mind. Or at least wait til your 16 so that you can get a job and earn some income to support yourself.
