Im getting some yu gi oh cards today advice?

Question

well today im going to target and i can get a collection tin (jaden yuki) and a Starter deck and like 2 booster packs or i can get a tin Plasma vice and like some extra 2 or 3 boosterpacks what should i get and if i do wat booster packs i have an e hero deck ( main deck )

well if you like elemental heros i suggest you get strike of

neos booster but personally i would get the shadows of infininty last week i bought 3 booster and got uria and hammand .

as many jaden (red) tins as possible. not sure about where you live, but in my city they stopped selling tins in stores because of high thief, so they can be traded for a lot. plus their awesome. i think the price of elemental hero prisma is like 15$ per. so you buy the tins for 20 bucks, sell or trade teh prisma's for 15$ and you keep the boosters. prisma is like the best tin card since jinzo. but jinzo was released in boosters so taht makes prisma so much better because its only limited edition and for a short time. after this year they will stop making the prisma tins. then the price will raise till they rerelease prisma in some booster years later, i suspect
