Im getting spacers...and i was wondering what is the best(easiest) thing for me to eat?

When i got spacers i really didnt eat much because it would hurt everytime i ate something. But when i did eat then i would eat like soup and food that was really soft. Also a sandwich is easy to eat.

oh i hated those...

but dont be scared.

they work

and the best thing to eat would be soft stuff like

yogurt, ice cream, liquids, apple sauce..u get the picture.

and take advil alot. it helps the pain go away.

I ate whatever I wanted when I had spacers. Nothing happened. Just avoid sticky foods.
