I'm getting wolf eyes for a tattoo does the shoulder or inbetween my upper shoulder blades heal faster?

I have had tattoos done in both areas (right shoulder and between shoulder blades). Because both areas are usually exposed to the elements and are tough skin, both these areas should heal at the same rate. Compared to a sensitive area like right below your armpit, an area like this would normally heal a little slower.
